His body of work consists of very personal dark synth pop. He counts artists such as New Order, Depeche Mode, LCD Soundsystem, Nine Inch Nails, DFA, the Pet Shop Boys, The Cure, The Who, Pulp, Blur (and Britpop in general), the Sex Pistols, Public Image Ltd., Daft Punk, YMO (especially the great Ryuichi Sakamoto, and also J-pop in general) and many others as his influences. He hopes to perform his own unique brand of synth pop in Tokyo, Berlin, London and Hong Kong someday.
